Services: 6 p.m. Oct. 20, at Galloway Grill, 4211 S. Lone Pine Ave., Springfield. All those who wish to celebrate and honor Case’s memory are invited. Please arrive early to pay respect to family members, as some of them will not be able to stay long. Cremation is under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
Case Edward Laughlin, 48, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018, in his hometown of Ozark.
He was born Jan. 13, 1970, in Newton, Kansas. Case graduated as part of the Ozark High School class of 1988.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Laughlin.
He is survived by his mother, Charlotte (Guthry) Laughlin; brother Vernon Thorn; sister Kathy Hurley; fiancé Kristen Seifert; three children, Victoria, Alex and Katelyn Laughlin; three grandchildren, Remedie, Emmett and Waylon; and many more family members.
He and Kristen spent 7 and a half lovely and treasured years engaged to be together forever. Case continuously offered laughter, compassion, wisdom and outstanding advice to all who crossed his path. Case dedicated his time to caring for and tending to his family, most of all his grandchildren, whom he loved greatly. His selflessness, humor and dedication to his family and friends will forever be remembered and honored.
