Funeral: 2:30 p.m. July 11, Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Visitation to be held one hour prior to service. Burial followed at Hall Cemetery at Mound.
Helen Ewing of Ozark was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 7, 2018, at the age of 101. She was born May 20, 1917, in Douglas County, the daughter of Frank and Elsie (Hall) Grimmet. She was united in marriage to Oliver Ewing on April 9, 1935.
Helen was a cosmetologist, a secretary for Quik-Set Lock Company and a gifted hostess to many relatives and friends.
Helen is survived by one sister, Frances Ewing; nephews and nieces, Gary Ewing and wife Loretta, Nadia Hull, Larry Ewing and wife Sharon, Ann Mathews and husband Jim, Scott Ewing and wife Jackie and Greg Ewing; and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one sister, Mildred Grimmet; a brother-in-law, Jim Ewing; and a nephew-in-law J.E. Hull.
