Visitation: 5-7 p.m. June 7 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. June 8 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Nixa. Cremation will follow the funeral service.

Jacqueline I. Ramage, 84, of Nixa, died Wednesday, May 30, 2018. She was born April 14, 1934, in Avoca, Iowa to Elmer and Dorothy (Bramman) Holtz. Jacqueline graduated from Avoca High School in 1951. She attended a business college in Omaha, Nebraska for two years and earned a business education certificate.

Jacqueline was a secretary for most of her life. She retired from Loess Hills Area Education in Council Bluffs, Iowa in 1993. After retiring, she and her husband moved to Bella Vista, Arkansas, then moved to Nixa 13 years ago. Jacqueline and her husband Glenn were members of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Nixa. She loved volunteering at her church and she was active in bible studies and Ruth's Circle. She enjoyed singing in the choir and the fellowship with her fellow choir members.

Jacqueline loved cooking and entertaining family and friends. She and Glenn enjoyed traveling across the country visiting family and seeing many sights. Jacqueline was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Jacqueline is survived by her husband, Glenn; children Richard Ramage and wife Jane of Council Bluffs, Iowa; Jill Knutson and husband Rick of Nixa; and Gary Ramage of Wesminster, California; three grandchildren, Gail Ebbesmier, Darian Ramage and Ryan Knutson; and two great-grandchildren, Brennan and Giana Ebbesmier.
