Jesse Howell died at 9:18 p.m. Dec. 18, 2018, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. He was born on Dec. 16, 1988. He is survived by his wife, Amber; their daughters, Ariel and Madison; his mother Jeanne; brothers Tommy, Chris and Nick; as well as his grandmother, Jean.
