Margaret Marie Harmon, 79, of Ozark, died Oct. 13. She was born March 9, 1938, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Aubrey and Lucy (Rinus) Weaver. Margaret graduated from nursing school at Albert Einstein Medical Center and joined the Army Nursing Corps, serving in the 36th Evac Hospital, Danang, Vietnam from 1968 -1969. She married Ben Calvin Harmon in 1969 and they moved to Nixa.
Margaret was the mother of Michael Aubrey Harmon, deceased, and is survived by a daughter Lisa Marie Harmon, of Ozark. She is also survived by a granddaughter, Emily; a brother, Harry Weaver; a sister, Betty Williams; and step-sons, Ben Harmon and Charles Harmon.
