Ralph E. Smalley, 66 of Kirbyville, died Sept. 13, 2015. He was born March 27, 2015, in Neodesha, Kansas, the son of Fred and Alma Smalley.
Ralph served his country in the U.S. Army. Ralph later worked in construction.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Smalley; a brother, Ace Carpenter; sister-in-law, Linda Carter; a niece, Shelley Myers; one great-niece; four great-nephews; and two great-great nephews.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Fred and Jim Smalley; and a sister, Sue Bowers.
Arrangments are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
