Services: Funeral services for Rebecca will be 2 p.m. Monday Oct. 29, at Barnes Family Funeral Home in Ozark. Visitation will be 1 p.m. prior to service time in the funeral home. Rebecca Lynn Hurley, 58 of Nixa, died peacefully in her sleep, Sunday, Oct. 21. She was born to Carl R. and Evelyn Roberta (Sims) Hurley on March 21, 1960 in Kansas City, Missouri.

During the 1990s one of Rebecca’s biggest life accomplishments was being an owner of a daycare and touching the lives of countless children. Most recently she has dedicated her time to helping care for her grandchildren and animals. Becky had a big heart and would have given her last dollar to help someone in need.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her mother, father and godfather, Dwight Fox. She leaves behind three loving children Roberta Franks, Kassondra Hurley, Ronald Hurley and wife Sarah; three grandchildren Taelyn Painter, Stephanie, Anthony, and baby Carl Hurley (due in November 2018); a brother and sister-in-law Robert and Debbie Hurley; mom Opal Hurley; godmother Margaret Fox; numerous other family members and good friends.
