Eagles throw three touchdown passes while pushing win streak against Branson to 15


BRANSON — Nixa scored on its first five possessions en route to a 41-3 triumph against Branson on Friday.

The Eagles upped their winning streak against the Pirates to 15 games.

Dylan Rebura had a 39-yard touchdown run, while Malachi Rider scored on touchdown runs of two and 46 yards.

Quarterbacks Drew Blevins and Nate Uber got in on the fun. 

Blevins rifled a bomb to Wyatt Vincent for a 41-yard touchdown pass.

Uber lofted a 40-yard touchdown pass to Rylan Michel.

Nixa (4-0) led 34-0 at halftime.

Lane Meltabarger gained his first varsity touchdown by catching a 15-yard scoring strike from Uber to close out the Eagles’ scoring.
