Nixa's Golden and Fixsen, Ozark's Vorhies and Clever's Wise All-State choices

Nixa’s Jaycee Fixsen and Sydney Golden are repeat selections and Ozark’s Hannah Vorhies a first-time honoree on the Class 5 All-State Team, as voted on by the Missouri Volleyball Coaches Association.

This is Golden’s third All-State honor. She ended her Lady Eagles career with senior totals of 1,081 assists and 276 digs.

Fixsen, a two-time All-State choice, posted senior stats that included 403 kills 39 aces, 33 blocks and 373 digs.

Vorhies, a senior, led Ozark with 417 kills and 51 blocks.

Golden, Fixsen, Vorhies, Nixa outside hitter Jena Medearis and Ozark setter Ellie Schrader all made the All-COC First-Team.

Medearis, a senior, had 260 kills and topped the Lady Eagles with 45 aces and 56 blocks.

Schrader’s senior season saw her post 905 assists and 207 digs.

Nixa’s Allie Billmyer and Ozark’s Reagan Baade are second-team selections. Billmyer had 307 kills and 34 blocks and Baade had 200 kills, 302 digs

Nixa’s Addison Tauai and Ozark’s Kelly Sims received honorable mention recognition.

Clever’s Wise All-Stater

Clever’s Kenna Wise was named to the Class 3 All-State First Team.

Wise, a senior, topped the Lady Jays with 234 kills, 56 aces and 389 assists, to go along with 330 digs and 27 blocks.

Wise was also chosen to All-Mid Lakes Conference First-Team.

The Lady Jays’ Kylie Wenger is a second-team selection and Rylea King received honorable mention recognition.

Wenger had 222 kills.

Brown, Crabtree honored

Sparta’s Megan Brown and Spokane’s Paige Crabtree were tabbed All-SWCL First-Team selections.

Crabtree, a senior, recorded 434 digs and 50 aces.

The Lady Owls’ Elli Mehrhoff and Sparta’s Natalie Wilks are second-teamers, while Sparta’s Aysha Fulton and Spokane’s Marah Davis and Sydney Bryan received honorable mention recognition.

Mehrhoff led Spokane with 250 kills.
