Magnuson and Addi Kay Johnston; a sister, LaVeta McDaniel of Nixa; an uncle, H.A. Crumpley and wife Charlcie of Highlandville; an aunt, Peggy McDaniel of Ozark; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lori Dawn McDaniel; an uncle Albert McDaniel; and his parents.
