The sidewalks surrounding the Christian County Historic Courthouse were put to good use as people line both sides of Church Street, North Second Avenue and Elm Street to watch the parade on Nov. 20. Since then, construction workers have made more progress on resurfacing and improving the streets in the Ozark Historic River District.
