The Isaac Garrison Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) observed Constitution Week by delivering a presentation about the United States Constitution to the third and fourth-grade students at the Century, Espy, High Pointe, and Matthews Elementary Schools.

During the presentation, the DAR members wore Colonial-era dress, and while taking on the roles of historic women such as Martha Washington, Betsy Ross, Molly Pitcher, and Dolly Madison, they spoke to the students about the history of the U.S. Constitution and how it functions. Students also got to do some role playing during which they assumed the identities of significant constitutional figures.
