LifePoint Church

LifePoint Church opened a new facility in Ozark on Jan. 13, 2019.

LifePoint Church, founded in the fall of 2004, announced the opening of its North Facility addition on Jan. 13. The church has gathered at 51 Riverdale Road, just off of southbound Highway 65, since 2010.

Throughout its 14 years of service to the community, LifePoint Church has and continues to serve Ozark and the surrounding region by helping those in need, laboring to share love with others and striving to make the city and region a better place to live.

This expansion is the second phase of LifePoint’s master plan.

“LifePoint wants to be an increasingly better and stronger beacon of hope, light of help and a people who love the city of Ozark, the greater Springfield region and beyond,” said Lead (and founding) Pastor Dr. Lane Harrison. “We want our city to be a better place to live because we are here.”

The covenant members and regular attenders of LifePoint Church made financial commitments towards the new $2.5 million facility. Paragon Architecture was the project architect, Branco Enterprises, Inc. was the general contractor and Central Bank of the Ozarks provided financing.

The church’s three Sunday morning worship gatherings are at 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m. Weekly ministries for all ages include children (KidLife Children’s Ministry), students (StudentLife Ministry) and community groups for adults, which meet in homes throughout Ozark, Nixa and the greater Springfield area.

LifePoint Church’s North Facility dedication took place Sunday, Jan. 27. After a brief dedication ceremony, the facility opened to the public for tours.
