Kevin Scott Pruitt, 54, of Nixa, died March 18, 2016. He was born Nov. 15, 1961, in Springfield to Joe B. and Helen (Latty) Pruitt. Kevin was an H-Vac Technician. He was the kindest person and never knew a stranger. Kevin would help anyone in need. He loved going sucker grabbing. Kevin enjoyed nature, especially the river. Kevin loved to have fun.
Kevin is survived by his sons, Thomas Pruitt and Cary Pruitt, both of Nixa; two brothers, Joe K. Pruitt and his wife Rhona and Kim Pruitt and his wife Suzi, both of Nixa; his mother, Helen Pruitt, of Nixa; maternal grandmother, Ruth Latty; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and friends.
Kevin is preceded in death by his father; nephew, Christopher Pruitt; maternal grandfather, Paul Latty; and paternal grandparents, James and Emma Pruitt.
