Mary K. Griffith, 89, of Ozark, died May 2, 2018, after a short illness. She was born Nov. 30, 1928, in Hannibal, Missouri. She retired from Ford Motor Credit in 1990, and danced with the Kicking Country Line Dancers for many years. They performed at numerous nursing homes and various events in the Springfield area. She was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan and never missed a game.
Mary had one son, Paul White; two grandchildren, Jeffery and Kimberlee White; two great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Mikayla White; and one sister, Margaret Chase. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation be made in Mary's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Route 66 Rescue, the ASPCA or The Humane Society of the United States.
