Mary Louise Crandell, 81, of Nixa, died April 18, 2016. She was born March 16, 1935, in Harlington, Texas, the daughter of Carroll and Lois (Lawton) Sissell.
Mary was a member of Nixa First Assembly. Embroidery was her past time. Before retirement Mary worked as a restaurant cook.
Survivors include a son, Carroll Vester Crandell of Seattle, Washington; seven grandchildren; brothers and sisters and their spouses, Bonnie and Aaron Pruett of Seymour, Sonny and Glenda Sissell of Nixa, Martha and Charles Stone of Chetopa, Kansas, and James and Myra Sissell of Nixa; an aunt, Lois Lawton of Louisville, Kentuck; and nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Dale Crandell; a brother, John Carroll Sissell; and her parents.
