You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cedar County, Missouri, the object and general nature of appointing a guardian and conservator of the above-named minor child.
The name and address of the Petitioners' attorney is JESSICA D. ADAMS, 517 S. MAIN ST., CARTHAGE, MO 64836. You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 17th day of April, 2023, judgment by default for guardianship and conservatorship of said child will be rendered against you in said Court. You are notified that you have a right to counsel, and if you request counsel and are financially unable to employ counsel, counsel shall be appointed by the Court.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published at least once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Cedar County Republication a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in Cedar County, Missouri, and designated by the petitioner as most likely to give notice to the parents.
