1. An action for Declaration of Paternity and for Orders Concerning Child Custody, Visitation, and Child Support has been commenced by Christopher J. House-Stufflebean against Courtney D. Stilwell and Gerald Watson in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Missouri.

The Petition for Declaration of Paternity and for Orders Concerning Child Custody, Visitation, and Child Support requests that the Court declare the rights and duties of the patties and determine the existence of the father/child relationship between Christopher J. House-Stufflebean and Saphira Mayme Rain Stufflebean, for costs, child support, and attorney fees.
