NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT KNOWN that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Marshfield, Missouri, and by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Marshfield, Missouri upon the application of the Planning and Zoning Commission seeking to change the zoning from R-3 (Multiple-Family Residence District), B-1 (Neighborhood Business District), and I-1 (Light Industrial District) to B-3 (General Business District) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 430 of the Marshfield Municipal Code. The properties sought to be rezoned include the following:
ALL OF LOTS 5-12 BLOCK 18, BLOCK 19, BLOCK 20, BLOCK 21, BLOCK 22, LOTS 4-6 BLOCK 23, LOTS 3 & 4, & LOTS 6 & 7, BLOCK 24, LOTS 4, 5, & 7 OF BLOCK 25, LOTS 5, 6, & 9-12 BLOCK 26, AND LOTS 1-6 BLOCK 27 OF THE FIRST RAILROAD ADDITION; A TRACT DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID BLOCK 18 OF FIRST RAILROAD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MARSHFIELD, MISSOURI AND RUNNING SOUTH TO SECOND STREET, EAST TO ELM STREET, NORTH TO COMMERCIAL STREET, THENCE WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said hearings will be held Tuesday May 21, 2024, at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at Marshfield City Hall at 798 South Marshall Street. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
