Meeting/Hearing
In accordance with the requirements of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program, the City of Clever will hold a public meeting/hearing to obtain public feedback regarding the proposed project for improvements to the wastewater treatment system. The Public Hearing will be held to address proposed sewer user rates, advise sewer system users of anticipated costs, and answer any questions from the public concerning the user charge system.
The public hearing for sewer user rate impacts will start at 6:00pm on May 23, 2024 at Clever City Hall, 304 S. Clarke Avenue, P.O. Box 52, Clever, MO 65631.
All interested citizens and groups are encouraged to attend the scheduled hearing. Written comments may be submitted to Melissa Rutherford, City Clerk at City Hall and will be entered into the hearing record, if received within seven (7) days after the date of the meeting/hearing.
