NOTICE OF REQUEST

To Whom it May Concern:
The Dadeville R-II School Board of Education requests statements of qualifications for professional architectural services. The District is seeking responses from interested firms about their ability to act as our architectural agent for projects we are planning in 2025. The projects may include new school buildings, building and facilities renovation, and master facilities future plan development.
In order to make a selection, we request each firm submit one hard copy of information addressed in the RFQ Packet, which can be obtained by emailing a packet request to cfarmer@dadeville.k12.mo.us or picking up a packet at the Dadeville School office. Statements are due on or before 12pm, May 6th, 2024 and are to be delivered in a sealed envelope to:

From the information submitted, the district may narrow down the number of firms for further consideration and possible interviews. Dadeville School reserves the right to reject any or all qualification statements or parts thereof or items therein and to waive any or all qualification statements or parts thereof or items therein, and to waive any or all technicalities required for the best interest of Dadeville R-II Schools. Omission of any information may be sufficient cause for rejections of a submitting firm's statement.
