Default having been made in the payment of certain monthly installments on a Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Stepfanie N Diamond, a married woman, dated February 28, 2014, and recorded March 5, 2014, in Book 2014, Page 2167 as Instrument No. 2014-00002191 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Christian, State of Missouri; the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, will on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the South front door of the, Christian County Courthouse, 100 West Church Street, Ozark, Missouri sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Christian, State of Missouri, to wit;

ALL OF LOT TWENTY-ONE (21), FINAL PLAT KNOLL RIDGE SUBDIVISION, OZARK, CHRISTIAN COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

Together with all improvements thereon known and numbered as 1369 S 20th Ave, Ozark, MO 65721 for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness, the costs of executing this trust, and the present taxes, if any, due and paid by the holder.
