For default in the payment of interest and principal now due as provided by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by E. Brook Moore, a single person, dated August 7, 2018, recorded on August 7, 2018, in Book 2018, at Page 1787, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Dallas County, Missouri, at Buffalo conveying to Kevin Sharpe, Trustee, all of the following described land situate in Dallas County, Missouri, to-wit:

The entire unpaid debt secured by said Deed of Trust having been declared due by the holder thereof, the said Trustee will at the request of the legal holder of said note, on Thursday, April 18, 2024, commencing at 1:00 p.m., at the North front door of the Dallas County Circuit Court House in Buffalo, Missouri, sell said real estate at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, to satisfy said debt and costs.
