The successor trustee will on May 14, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 12:30 PM, at the East Front Door of the Webster County Courthouse, 101 Crittenden Street, Marshfield, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:

ALL OF LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK FOURTEEN (14), THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF FORDLAND, WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
