For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jason Maxey, a single person dated November 25, 2020 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Webster County, Missouri in Book 2020, Page 6718 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 3:45 PM), at the East Front Door of the Court House, City of Marshfield, County of Webster, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Webster County, State of Missouri, to wit:
LOT 7 BLOCK 2 HILLCREST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MARSHFIELD, WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. ALSO THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED, BLOCK 2 GLENWOOD STREET ADJOINING SUBJECT PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE. EXCEPT THAT PART OF SAID LOT, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER AND THENCE NORTH 6 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY, IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF PINE RIDGE STREET 160 FEET NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF SMITH AVENUE AND PINE RIDGE STREET, SAID POINT BEING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, BLOCK 2; THENCE EAST TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, IN WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
