For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jeremy Harper and Alisha Harper, husband and wife dated September 30, 2019 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Webster County, Missouri as Book 2019, Page 4581 as modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded March 30, 2022 as Book 2022, Page 1863 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 3:45 PM), at the East Front Door of the Court House, City of Marshfield, County of Webster, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Webster County, State of Missouri, to wit:
ALL OF LOT FORTY-FOUR (44), PACTOLUS ADDITION, TO THE TOWN OF SEYMOUR, WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 60 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
