Funeral: 2 p.m. March 27, at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Pastor J.R. Rantz officiating. Visitation to be held one hour prior to service. Burial to follow at Crane Cemetery, Crane.
Doris Faye Cutbirth, 86, of Clever, formerly of Reeds Spring, passed away in her home surrounded by her family, Sunday, March 24, 2019. She was born March 11, 1933, in Abesville, the daughter of Clyde and Neva (Richardson) Davis.
On Sept. 21, 1950, Doris was united in marriage to Dean Cutbirth.
Doris attended Finley River Cowboy Church. She enjoyed baking cookies and giving them to neighbor children. Doris's other baking specialties were German chocolate cakes and fried raisin pies.
Doris is surivived by her children, Kathy Ramsey, of Nixa, her son, Daryn Davis and wife Melissa of Springfield, with Gavin and Kendall Davis, daughter Karyn Price of Sparta, with (Mason Price), Kenny Cutbirth and wife Glenda of Rocheport, daughter Shelly Wallin and husband Chad of Battlefield, with Taylor, Haylee, Madison and Kennedy Wallin, and son Jason Cutbirth and wife Renae of Nixa, with Morgan, Addison, and Westin Spencer and Trent Cutbirth, and Karen Hardin of Clever, and daughter Trinity Pace and husband Mac of North Carolina, with Marley and Edward Dean Pace, and son Travis Hardin of Clever with Tyler and Kynslee Hardin; a brother, Russell Davis; and a sister, Merle Mallonee.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Cutbirth in 2015; and a son, Randy Dean Cutbirth in 2005.
