Jack Lawson, of Nixa, died March 24, 2019. Jack joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1965 and served his country for 13 months in Vietnam, beginning in 1966. In 1969, he was honorably discharged. Jack served his country with pride.
Jack married Beverly Seay in 1968. They divorced in 1984. Later, he married Linda Marsden in 1985. She preceded Jack in death in 2017.
Jack is survived by sons Ron Lawson, of Carthage, Jerry Lawson and Mark Lawson, both of Nixa; sisters Connie Jewell, of Tennessee, and Linda Shaw, of Arkansas; brother Larry Jewell, of Texas; and four grandchildren.
