Outstanding schools don't just happen; it takes an exceptional team to get the job done for the students they serve. The team must start with passionate, dedicated volunteers willing to run for election for the board of education.

This group of diverse parents, grandparents, business leaders, former educators and attorneys must work together with their primary focus being the students. I have had the privilege to work beside Glenn Scott the majority of my 30 years I served.

Glenn was the first to attend the Missouri School Boards Association training with me to work on our professional development, making us better board members. He is a strong advocate for public education, workforce development, higher salaries for teachers, alternative education opportunities as a second chance for our high school students and early childhood education for our 3- and 4-year-olds. That makes Glenn a high achieving member of a outstanding board of education.

He has always had a commitment to showing support for all student activities and staying current to the trends, hot topics and legislation in various education circles. You always know where he stands on any given issue and for following through on his roles and responsibilities of board service.

Glenn has been recognized by his MSBA colleagues as the recipient of various awards and his willingness to serve on many regional and statewide committees. He is the man for the job and deserves your vote for re-election on April 2.
