Capital Holding Group unveiled their new asphalt plant during an invitation-only ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 23. The event was marked by speeches by numerous delegates, including Gov. Mike Kehoe. The asphalt plant represents a $29.5 million investment by Capital Holding Group and is expected to create 29 new jobs.
