Chadwick receives a No. 8 seed for its first Pink & White; Nixa a second seed

Posted

Chadwick’s foray into the Pink & White Lady Classic Dec. 26-30 will have the Lady Cardinals playing as the No. 8 seed in the White Division.

This is only the second season in recent years Chadwick will play in a tournament the final week of December. Up until last season, there actually was a break for the Lady Cardinals during the Christmas break. They routinely would go up to three weeks in between games.
Chadwick (3-0) is matched up against Clever (4-2) in opening-round action.

The Chadwick-Clever winner will likely meet No. 1 seed Greenwood, (Arkansas).

Nixa is the No. 2 seed in the White Division and Ozark the No. 7 seed in the Pink Division.

Nixa (3-2) will play Lebanon (1-5) in the first round and, if the seeds hold true, will play Strafford (4-1) in the second round.

Marshfield (3-0) is also on the same side of the bracket as the Lady Eagles.

Ozark (2-3) will face Buffalo (2-3) in the first round and, with a win, will likely play No. 2 seed Kickapoo (5-0).

The No. 1 seed in the Pink Division is Fort Smith Northside (Arkansas).
