Two Nixa High School students were named as semifinalists in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program on Wednesday, Sept. 10. Seniors Deakin Clover and Dalton Jones are two of some 16,000 high school students who were named as semifinalists in the program. The 16,000 comprise less than one percent of the high school students in the nation.
