Two people who invaded a Nixa home in November of 2023 were sentenced to lengthy prison terms during their sentencing hearings on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024. Donald Cory Trey Condreay, 40, of Springfield, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for First Degree burglary, 10 years in prison for Third Degree assault, and seven years for resisting arrest, with the sentences to be served concurrently. Angela Furtado, 44, of Springfield, was sentenced to 15 years for First Degree Burglary, seven years for Third Degree assault, and seven years for resisting arrest, with the sentences to be served concurrently. Both were convicted following a three-day jury trial in October; they were transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections on Monday, Dec. 23, 2024.
