As former Commissioners of Christian County, with a total of 38 years combined experience, we've each sat in the chair that comes with real responsibility: managing the county's budget, overseeing roads and infrastructure, and making decisions that affect every family in our community. We know what the job demands, and we know what it takes to do it well.
That's why we're proud to endorse Jered Taylor for Christian County Presiding Commissioner.
Jered isn't coming to this race without preparation. He's spent 20 years living across Christian County, from Sparta to Ozark to Nixa to Clever, and he understands this county from the ground up. He's served eight years in the Missouri Legislature, where he built a record of working across all levels of government. Today, he works as a Field Representative for Congressman Eric Burlison, he has developed relationships at the state, federal, and local levels that few candidates for this office can match. He understands fiscal responsibility, from working on the state budget when he served on the Budget Committee, managing corporate budgets in the private sector, and managing his own small business budget.
What that means for Christian County is simple, Jered will be ready to lead on day one. He won't need time to learn the players or build relationships from scratch. He already has them and he'll put them to work for our roads, our public safety, and our county's fiscal future.
We've each done this job. We know the difference between a candidate who talks about leadership and one who's built for it. Jered Taylor is the latter.
