Ozark home losing streak to nine after 35-7 defeat at the hands of Branson

Ozark finished the home portion of its schedule winless for a second straight season while dropping a 35-7 decision to Branson on Friday.

The Tigers (1-7) have lost nine straight at home.

Ozark turned the ball over on a fumble at its own 40-yard line to end its opening possession.

The Tigers repeatedly couldn't get their defense off the field, as Branson converted on third down four times in the first quarter alone.

The Pirates were 6-for-6 on third-down conversions, before being stopped on third down in the second quarter. On the next play, they ran for a first down on fourth down.

Ozark trailed 21-0 at halftime.

The Tigers' injury woes continued. Running back Jack Bowers did not suit up due to a leg injury.
