The 56th annual Ozark Christmas Parade took place Nov. 20, the Saturday before Thanksgiving. The hour-long parade featured marching. bands, lighted floats, big trucks, school buses and an appearance by none other than Santa Claus at the end.

The Ozark Chamber of Commerce is the chief organizer of the parade, which started at Ozark Junior High and moved east along West Jackson Street, then south on Third Street before winding around the Christian County Historic Courthouse on the downtown square. For the first time, the parade festivities featured four entertainment zones along the route, offering spectators something to watch and listen to while they waited for the parade to begin.

Ozark Chevrolet was the title sponsor of the 2021 Ozark Christmas Parade.
