The Christian County 100 Club held Poker Night, their second largest fundraiser of the year, on Thursday, Jan. 8, at the Ozark Event Center. The purpose of the event was to raise money to support the families of first responders who lose their lives in the line of duty. About 50 people attended Poker Night, during which they enjoyed food and beverages while playing craps, poker, and roulette while trying to win a share of the $2,000 in prizes which were donated to the Christian County 100 Club. Marc Backes, owner of the Ozark Event Center, donated the space where the event was held.
