A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, 11:30 a.m., at Greenlawn Funeral Home and Life Tribute Center in Ozark, with Troy Bowline officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:30-11:30 a.m. prior to the service. Following the service, Vera will be laid to rest next to her husband, Donald Bowline, at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Springfield, Mo. In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made in Vera's memory to Fair Haven Children's Home (417-862-6675) in Strafford, Mo., a non-profit organization that provides residential foster care for children. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home and Life Tribute Center in Ozark.
