Nominations being acccepted for Finley River Community Foundation's Citizen of the Year

Finley River Communication Foundation invites you to nominate a person(s) who has earned the title “Citizen of the Year” for 2025.

All around Ozark and the eastern Christian County community are people who make a difference, go the extra mile to put a face on human kindness and go out of his/her/their way to contribute to our community.

Our Citizen of the Year is a resident of eastern Christian County (Ozark and east) who has demonstrated unselfish contributions to the community’s quality of life and embodies the spirit and character of our community. Nominees must be a U.S. citizen(s) who has lived in the area for five or more years.

The Citizen of the Year will be announced at the Ozark Community Awards Banquet February 7, 2026. You will be responsible to see the recipients(s) are in attendance. We expect this award to be a surprise.

Nominations must be received by January 13, 2026, and include the information requested:

• Nominator’s Name
• Nominator’s email and telephone
• Nominee
• His/Her/Their email and telephone
• Describe why this nominee(s) should be Citizen of the Year 2025.
