We all want women to be healthy and capable of becoming mothers. Already against the law in Missouri are gender transition surgeries for minors, which have nothing to do with women’s health. The only reason they are included in Amendment 3 is to distract you from the real reason our politicians have created this amendment, they want to prevent women from receiving quality medical care and throw our doctors in jail.
Deaths have more than doubled in states with abortion bans for women who have a pregnancy occurring in the fallopian tube. These embryos cannot physically become babies,and when it’s mandated by law that women with this type of pregnancy must develop life threatening conditions before receiving care, then doctors must follow that law or risk being thrown in jail.
If you want to endanger women’s health and allow politicians to decide their medical care, then vote yes. If you want doctors free to make life saving medical decisions, then VOTE NO on Amendment 3.
